The College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC regulates three related groups of professionals: audiologists, hearing instrument practitioners and speech-language pathologists. A major purpose of the College is to protect the public.

Most concerns about services received from your speech-language pathologist, audiologist, or supportive personnel can be resolved through dialogue with the service provider.

If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, or you do not feel able to discuss the matter with the service provider, then contact the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC.
