The purpose of this document is to provide quick and easy reference to the most asked questions.
You are urged to read the bylaws. In fact, the Statutory Declaration that you are required to complete as part of your application, asks if you have read the bylaws. If you have not, you cannot sign the Statutory Declaration form. If you don’t submit the Statutory Declaration form, your application will be incomplete and a Certificate of Registration will not be issued. In your proposal, please include the following:

- Title of session

- Presenter's name, contact information and any affiliation

- Brief description of the session in 150 words or less

- Target audience

- Length of session
